I would like to take the time to send a quick note to explain how wonderful  and exceptional Brenda and Robert Thompson were from the point of beginning the search for our house to the closing and after.
 
Brenda went far and above what I believe is described in her job description in many ways.  First, I would like to say we are in our mid-40's and this is our first house purchase.  We weren't aware that we could qualiify for a home purchase; but Brenda explained the entire "pre-qualifying" process and how in just over a few hours we would know if we could qualify.  After an initial phone interview a few minutes later; we qualified for a home loan.  A few days later it was off to look at houses.  After Brenda got a feel for the houses I was interested in; we found ""the" one after only 2 days.

After the offer was made; and the closing was set we then had problems and once again Brenda went over and above her duties to help my husband get those problems solved; and when I thought there was no hopes of closing she and my husband had worked all through the loop-holes and she was calling me to tell me we were actually getting to close on our house.

Those types of people skills and caring is not often found in today's society.  In today's rush society, once the transaction is made, I have often found the transaction usually to be over; but not so with Brenda and Robert; they are still available to help me; even today; I set the alarm off in the house and they came to my rescue by calling the seller and getting codes to help me dis-arm the alarm in the house.  In the mist of their busy day and among their other clients and other closings, they still make their selves available whenever necessary.

I applaud you for employees like these.  Thank you for their never-ending help and genuine care even when I thought all hopes were gone.  They are truly attributes to your company and I wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed working with two such professional and caring people.

I just want to say again, how exceptional they were during this process!
